Sharn, in her role as General Counsel leads on all legal matters related to NIF. This includes investments, divestments, operational matters, as well as fund, investor and portfolio company related matters. Sharn has a passion for working with early stage and innovative companies and founders.
Previously, Sharn was General Counsel at Notion Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund investing into European SaaS and Cloud. Prior to that, Sharn spent several years in Private Equity. Sharn has an LLB in Law from King’s College, London. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, theatre, museums and discovering new restaurants.
