Marrit Leenstra
Executive Assistant and Amsterdam Officer Manager
Marrit is the Executive Assistant to our Amsterdam Partners, providing comprehensive executive and operational support. In addition to her executive assistant role, she serves as the Amsterdam Office Manager and acts as the primary liaison for all matters concerning the Amsterdam office and company events.
Prior to joining NIF, Marrit combined an elite sports career with studying Political Science at the Amsterdam University. She’s a threefold Olympian (OLY) in volleyball and beach volleyball and has a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics. She was an athlete’s representative in several sports organisations including FIVB and NOC*NSF and counsellor for athletes at Topsport Amsterdam. She developed a passion for architecture and interior (3D) design and has been working in the bespoke interior design industry.
Away from work, Marrit loves outdoor activities, from paddle boarding to cycling and enjoys sharing a meal with friends.
