As Senior Legal Counsel at the NIF, Adam focuses on legal matters relating to both direct and indirect investments, follow-ons, divestments, portfolio company and fund-level support.
Prior to joining the NIF, Adam was Head of Legal at an early-stage web3 company tokenising real world assets in the open-ended funds space in Singapore and the Cayman Islands having previously worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at one of the business’s shareholders, a web3 incubator, across a broad role encompassing both early stage (seed and Series A) shareholder-level and portfolio-level legal work.
Previously Adam was an associate in the London office of White & Case LLP, in the Private Equity team where he spent around 8 years in total with almost 4 years as an associate. His time at White & Case LLP included secondments to Blackstone Credit, Lightsource bp and Antin Infrastructure Partners.
Alongside his legal qualifications (GDL, LPC and LLB), Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick.
