Eleanor, in her role as Head of Compliance, leads NIF’s compliance function and regulatory strategy across the Fund’s multi-jurisdictional operations. She works closely with the wider NIF team on regulatory and governance matters, providing strategic advice and oversight across the Fund’s activities and maintaining NIF’s compliance framework.
Eleanor has over a decade of experience in private markets compliance, across both in-house and advisory roles. Before joining NIF, she was a compliance consultant at Judd Advisory and, prior to this, Chief Compliance Officer at Montagu Private Equity. Her experience includes leading regulatory engagement, implementing key regulatory regimes and navigating regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Eleanor holds a degree in Archaeology from the University of Bristol and ICA qualifications. Outside of work, she is a competitive cheerleading athlete and coach. She is also a proud mum and enjoys the organised chaos of family life.
